Sometimes the simplest ideas just work, and work really well! Chase H.Q. is basically Outrun with a cops and robbers theme, except instead of pulling them over, you instead ram into criminals to cause a fiery wreck that would kill the suspect in the real world. Maybe it sounds ridiculous, but in action it's rewarding and addictive fun.
Ported to just about ever home system under the sun at the time, nothing beats the arcade original and playing with a proper steering wheel and pedal controls.
